At House of Funk, every item is made to order — just for you — which means we don’t hold stock and can’t offer returns or exchanges if you’ve simply changed your mind.

❌ We don’t accept returns for:

  • Ordering the wrong size, colour, or product

  • Changing your mind after checkout

Please double-check the product details and sizing charts before ordering. We want your new funky gear to fit just right!

🛠️ Received a damaged or faulty item?

We’re really sorry — sometimes things go wrong in transit. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or not as described, we’ll put it right.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

We’ll review it and get a replacement or refund sorted as quickly as possible.

📦 Missing order?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days (UK) or 30 business days (international), please let us know and we’ll investigate with our shipping partners.
