At House of Funk, every item is made to order — just for you — which means we don’t hold stock and can’t offer returns or exchanges if you’ve simply changed your mind.
We don’t accept returns for:

Received a damaged or faulty item?
We’re really sorry — sometimes things go wrong in transit. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or not as described, we’ll put it right.

Missing order?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days (UK) or 30 business days (international), please let us know and we’ll investigate with our shipping partners.
